Our Project Managers are an extension of our publishers’ teams.

They are a bridge between publishers’ editorial offices, their operations team, authors, freelancers, copy editors, and production staff. Across the 2 million pages we manage annually, our PMs work to ensure that authors are satisfied, through timely updates and effective coordination between all stakeholders.

How we manage projects

Our 150 Project Managers own the entire process from submission to publication. They work to shorten the stops that an article or book chapter makes while travelling through the publishing workflow – at the desks of authors, editors, copy editors, compositors, graphic artists, or online hosts.

They collate queries, coordinate responses, share feedback, stay on top of every task, and diligently deliver to timelines and quality expectations. They are trained to be culturally sensitive to authors and editors, and assimilate into publisher work ethics and systems.
