
"I have had a busy but quite a wonderful week (in India) which finishes up this evening. It has been, although hectic, extremely rewarding to see all that's going on in India, particularly to see the size of the audiences that have turned out. I don't take that so much as a personal honour, but rather as an honour to the understanding of the power of science and the desire on the part of particularly the young people, the young students, to participate in the great excitement of discovery that is ahead for anybody trained well in science."
